Non-ticketed visitors allowed access to Guam airport concessions – Airport World

Guam’s A.B. Won Pat International Airport has introduced a Concourse Access Pass (CAP) Program that allows non ticketed visitors to access its airside shop and dine like a ticketed passenger.

“GIAA’s CAP program has received overwhelming positive response and participation from non-travellers who have been enjoying shopping at our retail outlets and dining at our food court,” stated the airport’s Airport executive manager John Quinata.

An added value to the CAP programme is a reduced parking flat rate of $3 for individuals spending more than $25 at or retail and food and beverage outlets.

Participants simply present their parking ticket and proof of purchase of $25 or more to the Retail Store Information Desk for validation.

Parking validation for the reduced flat rate is only available to approved CAP participants within their approved 3-hour maximum access time window. This benefit is subject to public parking space availability and only for the duration of approved access.

“We invite our local community to enjoy their airport facility and shop and dine at the Airport,” added Quinata.
