Arajet, the Dominican Republic’s flag carrier, has announced a strategic partnership with Arcube, a leading UK-based travel technology company, to introduce a comprehensive new suite of ancillary travel services across Arajet’s digital passenger journey.
The partnership will enable Arajet customers to purchase additional services through the airline’s main digital channels, including the “Manage My Booking” section, pre-departure emails, and other digital retail moments. The new platform will allow travelers to organize key aspects of their experience before departure – from mobile connectivity to airport services and activities at their destination – all within a reliable and easily accessible digital environment.
The initial product suite from Arcube will include eSIMs, airport transfers, airport fast-track, lounge access, tours and experiences airport parking & more, helping the airline’s customers to prepare for more of their trip in one trusted place before they travel.
The initiative is being launched at a time of strong growth for Arajet, which carried 1.48 million passengers in 2025 and continues to expand its route network in the Americas with new connections and upcoming destinations.
Passengers of Arajet now can choose from a number of services to assist their journey, whether before, during or after their trip from a single location.
As part of the partnership, Arcube will be responsible for the comprehensive management of this new range of complementary services, including technology integration, relationships with specialized suppliers, servicing, and communications related to each product. This will allow Arajet to expand its service offerings in an agile and scalable manner, while keeping its teams focused on the airline’s core operations.
“At Arajet, we are constantly working to make travel throughout the Americas increasingly accessible and straightforward for our passengers. As we expand our network of destinations and connect more travelers through Santo Domingo and Punta Cana, we aim to offer them tools and services that allow them to manage their trip more conveniently before, during, and after their flight. This partnership with Arcube helps us integrate relevant solutions into the digital channels our customers already use, facilitating access to complementary services at the right time and improving the travel experience from start to finish,” said Judith Cuña, Vice President of Loyalty and Ancillary Revenue at Arajet.
Prithveesh Reddy, CEO of Arcube, said: “Arajet has a hugely exciting airline growth story in the Americas, and its expansion creates the perfect opportunity to make fantastic ancillary retail offers available to all Arajet passengers through our product integration.
“Using one scalable integration, Arcube will enable Arajet to launch a full marketplace of travel products across key touchpoints, supporting both current routes and future destinations. The result will be a more personalized, convenient journey for passengers and a faster, more easily flowing route to incremental ancillary revenue for Arajet.”
The partnership reinforces Arajet’s strategy of offering an increasingly comprehensive, accessible and customer-focused travel experience, incorporating value-added solutions at any stage of the journey. It also reflects Arcube’s wider role in helping airlines expand their retail offering efficiently by combining technology, supplier access and operational support through a single integration.
